Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-09-17
By using DineCard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using DineCard.
Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
Use of the iOS app under its license is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page contains DineCard's general service terms and is not a translation of Apple's Standard EULA.
1. Service
DineCard provides personal restaurant card collections, nearby restaurant search, maps, and tools for choosing where to eat. Restaurant names, hours, locations, prices, and other third-party information may come from external sources. DineCard does not guarantee that all third-party information is always complete, current, or accurate.
2. Rules of use
You must not use DineCard for unlawful activity, interfere with the service, security mechanisms, payment verification, or duplicate-redemption prevention, or abuse the service through automation or other means.
3. App Store purchases and subscriptions
DineCard's paid iOS products are processed through Apple App Store / StoreKit. Actual prices, taxes, payment methods, and refund rules are governed by the terms Apple displays and applies in your region.
- Auto-renewable membership: If a product is an auto-renewable subscription, Apple may renew it and charge you under its rules unless you cancel before Apple's required deadline. You can review or cancel through Apple's subscription-management page.
- Remove Ads: Depending on the product purchased, DineCard may provide ad-free benefits during membership or permanent Remove Ads benefits. Actual entitlements depend on the App Store product description and DineCard's backend verification.
- Tokens / consumable products: If you purchase Tokens, the corresponding entitlement is added only after the transaction succeeds and is verified by the backend. Each Apple transaction can be redeemed only once.
- Restore Purchases: Eligible non-consumable products and subscriptions can be reverified through the app's Restore Purchases feature. Consumable products are generally not restorable products under Apple's rules.
Deleting your DineCard account / data does not cancel an Apple subscription. To stop automatic renewal and future charges, you must cancel separately through Apple's subscription-management page.
4. Refunds
DineCard cannot directly approve App Store refunds. Apple handles refund requests and eligibility under its policies. If a transaction is revoked or refunded, DineCard may remove, deny, or discontinue related entitlements based on Apple's verification results and retain the minimum necessary security records to prevent duplicate redemption.
5. Advertising
DineCard may display banner, interstitial, and voluntary rewarded ads. Advertising content may be provided by third-party advertising services. If you encounter inappropriate, misleading, or age-inappropriate ads, use Report Inappropriate Ads.
6. Availability and changes
DineCard may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party services, network conditions, platform policies, security, or other reasons. We may adjust, add, or remove features. Matters affecting purchased entitlements will be handled according to applicable law, Apple's platform rules, and the actual technical state.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DineCard does not assume liability beyond legal requirements for third-party restaurant information, third-party services, network interruptions, or personal decisions users make based on app information. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using DineCard or delete your DineCard Principal and deletable information through the in-app process. To prevent payment fraud, duplicate redemption, refunds, or transaction replay, DineCard may retain the minimum necessary transaction security records as permitted by law or for security purposes.
9. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms due to changes in the product, laws, platform rules, or service and update the date on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the public terms in a reasonable manner.
