Report Inappropriate Ads
If you see an ad in DineCard that is inappropriate, misleading, disturbing, or possibly not age-appropriate, please report it to us. We retain report information for investigation and, where necessary, may take further action using the ad provider's tools.
What to include
- The approximate date and time you saw the ad
- Where the ad appeared (Banner / Interstitial / Rewarded)
- The ad's brand or a description of its content
- The type of problem, such as adult content, violence, gambling, misleading content, hate, or other inappropriate content
- If convenient, a screenshot; please first cover any sensitive personal information

Please do not provide your Apple account, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Privacy
An ad report should contain only the information needed to handle the issue. We do not ask you to provide full device identifiers, your Apple ID, payment credentials, or login information.
Other issues
If your issue is not about the ad content itself but about payments, your account, or app features, please use Support instead.
